Variety is the spice of life (so they say), and this is true of my approach to personal training. Achieving fitness goals shouldn’t be boring. In fact, the opposite should be true. When I work with clients, keeping the process fresh and engaging is a top priority.
Although fitness can (and should) be fun, it’s also tough sometimes. The key is getting to a point where our mind is comfortable with the fact that our body will be uncomfortable.
It may sound cliché’, but once we push through our comfort zones, positive change WILL happen.
When working with clients, I focus on core exercises combined with strength and metabolic training. Every hour we spend together is 100% focused on you!
