SMOOTHIES! One of my favourites since I have been a kid. Whether it was running out the door to sports when I was younger, or running out the door to work now, these are my go-to. The best part is, you can literally add anything you want to them. I loved adding the oats to this recipe as it help with satiety. For those that have a sweet tooth, you can add a drop of honey or a dash of cinnamon. Scroll to the bottom of the page where I share additional notes about this recipe.

Ingredients: 6 

Calories: 276 calories


-2 cups Frozen Mango

-1 Banana

-1/4 cup Oats

-2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

-2 tbsps Hemp Seeds

-1/4 Lemon (juiced)


1. Throw all ingredients into a blender. Blend well until smooth.

2. Divide into glasses and enjoy!

Additional Notes:

-No Banana: Sweeten with raw honey, maple syrup or soaked dates instead.

-Storage: Refrigerate in a mason jar or other air-tight container up to 48 hours.

-More Protein: Add more hemp seeds, a scoop of protein powder or spoonful of nut butter.

-More Fibre: Add ground flax seed.
