More often than not, I have clients tell me they don’t have enough TIME when it comes to meal prep. I get it, some days you just don’t! And that is exactly why I am sharing this! Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and you can swap out exactly what you want.

Here I have used a bigger container, filled with a couple smaller ones inside that help keep certain items separate. Such an easy idea to keep with you on-the-go, or great for kids for after school. The BEST thing about this, serving size is controlled! So many people struggle with that after work, before dinner time, and that can be a scary thing. Have you ever been so hungry after work that you end up shoving your face, and then come dinner…you aren’t even hungry anymore? YES, we have all been there! By splitting all of these items up, you are creating good portion control, and you will be more aware of how much you are eating!
