Summer is finally here (I think!!??), and this is the perfect recipe to pair for BBQ season! Hemp Hearts is an amazing topping on salad, in smoothies, or in your favourite yogurt bowl . They contain 10 grams of plant- based protein per serving, and they are full of Omega-3 and Omega-6.
Topped with strawberries, the feta cheese and tahini adds a nice kick of flavour! This is one of my favourite salad recipes!

-1/2 cup Hemp Hearts
-2 tbsps Tahini
-1 tbsp Maple Syrup
-1 1/2 tsps Lemon Juice
-4 cups Arugula
-1/3 cup Feta Cheese
-1 cup Strawberries
-1 cup water
-1/8 tsp salt
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, water. Season the dressing with additional salt or lemon juice if needed.
2. Pour the dressing over the arugula and toss to coat evenly. Fold in the hemp hearts, feta cheese, and strawberries.
3. Transfer to plate and serve immediately.
