They say change is good, and I do believe that. And being able to embrace it is the next big step. With that said, this is the perfect opportunity to fill you in about all of the new and exciting things coming your way.
First things first, if you haven’t noticed on my social media or personal website, my fitness page is no longer available- and that is because I have decided to step away from my Personal Training business. Although it was a hard decision for me to make, its one that I am confident will be beneficial for my future. The experience and confidence that I have gained over the last five years is something that I am appreciative of, and I know it will help me moving forward. So what does this mean? I will no longer be working as a personal trainer in a gym setting, however; I still do plan on sharing some fitness & healthy lifestyle tips along the way. After all, the key to living a fulfilling life is a balanced diet and an active lifestyle! If you have any questions about this change, feel free to contact me.
While one chapter closes, another one opens. A lot of people have wanted to know if I am still going to be running my nutrition business, and the answer is YES!!! Nutrition is always something that has driven me, and I love getting to share my tips, recipes, and everything in between with all of you. This transition in my life has left things a bit hectic, but I promise to have new material for all of you soon (MONDAY). I will be pursuing other business opportunities, but the nutrition industry is always evolving and changing, and thats what I love about it!
