Dinners are about to get a lot healthier, and more delicious! Growing up, we always had taco night. It was so much fun being able to mix ingredients and sauces together, to create the most perfect taco! I don’t know many people who dislike tacos, but I do know a lot of people who would like to know how to make them a little bit more healthier.
A great place to start, is the beef. Please please please, do not go buy store bought, pre-made taco mix, YUCK. Im telling you, homemade is the way to go (and you won’t feel guilty about it the next day). Plus, majority of the store bought seasonings are loaded with sodium (way more than your daily requirement). Be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post for additional notes.
